Kuk Nam Jo

Kuk Nam Jo, executive vice president, Anisa Cosmetic Applicators (Tianjin) Co. Ltd.

As executive vice president in charge of the Anisa Int'l plant in China, Kuk Nam Jo is the company's international brand ambassador. In his capacity, Jo is responsible for all manufacturing, including the design and production of Anisa Intl's high-end cosmetic brushes and accessories, product quality control, research and development, material procurement and the hiring of plant staff.

His expansive knowledge of Asian culture is extremely valuable to Anisa Int'l in its capacity as the first American cosmetic manufacturing business to open its doors in the region.

Jo also spearheads philanthropic and fundraising initiatives on behalf of Anisa Int'l, most notably its support of the Leprosy Center in Xian, China, which sustains approximately eighty Leprosy rehabilitation patients. He is also an avid supporter of education. Yearly, Jo has helped provide substantial scholarships and funds to aid college-bound Chinese students in the local community.

With over twenty-four years of experience, expertise and knowledge of the cosmetic brush manufacturing and marketing industry, Jo joined Anisa Int'l, in May 2003. Jo's initial responsibilities included overseeing the completion of the plant, Anisa Cosmetic Applicators (Tianjin) Co. Ltd., in Tianjin, China. Jo hired and trained staff in brush manufacturing and worked with local agencies to establish all required local and international compliance requirements.

Prior to joining Anisa Int'l, Jo served as vice president at Hanmi Trading Corporation for twenty years, during which time he was responsible for the company's international marketing communications endeavors.

A native of Japan, Jo moved to Busan, South Korea and attended Busan National University from which he received a Bachelor of Arts degree in administration in 1963. In 1978, he moved to the U.S. with his family. He attended the University of Arizona and earned a Master of Arts degree in accounting in 1980.

Monica Mulholland

Monica Mulholland, director of operations

Director of Operations Monica Mulholland joined Anisa International, Inc. in 2004 and is responsible for all aspects of day-to-day operations of the company. Working with international factories, corporate headquarters and local governments, Mulholland ensures on time delivery of quality products to a worldwide customer base. She is also responsible for implementing and monitoring essential quality control standard programs with international factories and assisting customers with inventory program and logistical strategy development.

Mulholland is an integral member of the executive team, where she assists in building and leading the company’s strategic direction. Her drive, team spirit, enthusiasm and dedication make her a prime contributor to the company’s double digit growth over the last five years.

Mulholland brings over 30 years of related experience in the manufacturing requirements of products for the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, OTC and HBA industries for both domestic and international markets. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business from the University of Tennessee. She is a Certified Purchasing Manager and a Certified ISO Auditor. She is also a member of Women In Packaging, Inc and the eWomen’s Network. Originally from Ireland, she has lived in the US for many years and now proudly calls Atlanta home. She is an avid reader and is an active member and trainer of a walking group that participates in half marathons to benefit breast cancer research.

Julie Scudder-Feldman

Julie Scudder-Feldman, vice president of sales and marketing

In her capacity as vice president of sales and marketing, Julie Scudder-Feldman oversees Anisa Intl's marketing initiatives, account management and the sales organization. She is also in collaboration with Anisa in developing the brand's marketing strategy and spearheads the company's endeavors to generate and augment revenue nationally and internationally by increasing the company's profile.

Supported by U.S. and international sales teams, Scudder-Feldman guides the expansion of Anisa Intl's products and services by identifying market trends. She is also responsible for maximizing Anisa Intl's profits and market share while enhancing the company's reputation and ensuring customer satisfaction.

In her role, Scudder-Feldman assigns sales territories, establishes training programs for sales representatives and advises the sales team on sales enhancement and performance. Scudder-Feldman has brought more than 20 years of marketing and account management experience in the cosmetic industry to the Anisa Int'l organization.

Scudder-Feldman is a California native and enjoys spending time with her family, riding horses and contributing time as a mentor with the local organization Mentor Me Petaluma.
